基督新人事工简介与使命
基督新人事工 (New Creation Life Ministries, NCLM) 是主后2020年2月成立的基督教非营利机构。基督新人事工持续强调重生得救的生命本质，也就是新造的人的本质，来建造基督的身体，实践传和好福音、作基督门徒的使命(哥林多后书5章17-18节“若有人在基督里，他就是新造的人，旧事已过，都变成新的了。一切都是出于 神，他藉着基督使我们与他和好，又将劝人与他和好的职分赐给我们“)。
门徒训练营会 (Discipleship Training Conference) 是基督新人事工服侍的根基和骨干，来帮助信徒活出自己的信仰，并藉着基督劝人与神和好。门徒活出在基督里已有的基督生命，是那圣洁的，毫无瑕疵的生命 (加2:20，西1:22)，而不是去重新建造。因此做神工的门徒要如枝子接在葡萄树上，时时住在基督里 (约15:5)，要分分秒秒警醒依靠神 (士7:1-8)。活出新人就是这种信基督而活的生命彰显 (加2:20)，带出基督里的好行为。
为装备弟兄姐妹在生活的每个层面，实际且具体操练活出在基督里的人生，基督新人事工计划推出不同的营会，来将自己是新造的人的认知，落实在家庭生活、职场生活、和教会生活。透过活出新人生命，来为主耶稣基督做全人见证 (约8:31-32)。

Introduction and Mission
New Creation Life Ministries (NCLM) is a Christian non-profit organization established in February of 2020.
The New Creation Ministries place a continual emphasis on the essence of the born again life, which is also the essence of the new creation life, to build up the body of Christ, to proclaim the good news of reconciliation, and to make disciples of Jesus Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:17-18, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.”)
The foundation and framework of our ministries are the Discipleship Training Conferences that we conduct. These conferences are to help believers to live out their belief, and to appeal to people to reconcile to God through Christ. The disciples live out (not rebuild) their life in Christ, a holy and blameless life they already possess in Christ (Galatians 2:20, Colossians 1:22). Therefore, the disciples who are to do God’s work must constantly abide in Christ like branches abide in the vine (John 15:5), being alert and relying on God moment by moment (Judges 7:1-7). Living out the new creation life is the embodiment of this kind of living by faith in Christ (Galatians 2:20), bringing forth the good works in Christ.
In order to equip brothers and sisters in all facets of life, so as to live out the life in Christ in practical and concrete ways, NCLM has plans to roll out various conferences whose purpose is to realize one’s understanding of the new creation life at home, at the work place, and in the church. Through living out the new creation life, one’s whole person bears testimony for Jesus Christ (John 8:31-32).
